What wax do you use?

All of our candles are made using a premium coconut soy wax blend

Are your candles hand poured?

Yes. Every candle is hand poured in Australia in small batches using quality ingredients and premium fragrance oils.

What candle sizes do you offer?

We currently offer:

Small Signature Tin Candle

• 90g

• Approx. 15–18 hour burn time

Medium Signature Tin Candle

• ​200g

• Approx. 28–30 hour burn time

How long do your candles burn for?

Burn times vary depending on candle size and burning conditions.

• Small Signature Tin Candle: Approximately 15–18 hours

• Medium Signature Tin Candle: Approximately 28–30 hours

What fragrances do you offer?

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes. We ship Australia wide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently don't offer international shipping.

Why does my candle have frosting or slight colour changes?

Soy wax is a natural product and can sometimes develop frosting or slight colour variations. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance or fragrance of your candle.

What are clearance or imperfect stock items?

Our clearance collection may include products with minor cosmetic imperfections such as:

• frosting

• wax yellowing

• label imperfections

• light rusting on some tins

These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect candle performance.

Can I return clearance or imperfect stock items?

No. Clearance and imperfect stock items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless faulty beyond the described imperfections.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on unused products in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?

For the best performance:

• Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn.

• Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use.

• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Always follow the candle safety instructions provided.
