Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, The Gold Snap is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

As The Gold Snap currently ships within Australia only, international shipping is not available.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs and your order details.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
