As our candles are handmade, minor imperfections, frosting, colour variation, or scent variation may naturally occur and do not constitute a fault.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Shipping

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We currently offer standard shipping only.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
