Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused

the product must be in its original condition

the item must be returned undamaged
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Clearance & Imperfect Stock
Please note that all clearance, sale, imperfect, or discounted items are sold as-is.
These products may contain cosmetic imperfections which are outlined in the product description. By purchasing clearance or imperfect stock, you acknowledge and accept these imperfections.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on clearance or imperfect stock items unless the item arrives damaged or faulty beyond the described imperfections.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Non-Returnable Items
